Case Study: Sanditex's Online Success
Starting point
Sanditex was a local business who had started selling via their Facebook page (through Messenger) consistently and was doing great. However, business had boomed and they needed a professional hand to run their ad campaigns so they could focus on growing their business.
The Problem: They had previously worked with other agencies but did not receive personalized feedback and they lacked the level of attention that Sanditex’s very unique business model needed. They felt misunderstood by their providers.
They also handled each of their platforms with different agencies and freelancers. This was causing missed opportunities and assets where under-utilized because of the lack of consistency or communication between departments.
The Challenge
After reviewing their ad accounts, we found many mistakes and areas of opportunity. Although they had lots of traffic to their website, it was barely converting. Their online customer service was also problematic: for the owner, the volume of tickets was hard to manage and it had become difficult to keep track of client conversations with sales agents. This was slowing down order processing times and reducing conversion rates. We came up with the following action plan, which was implemented gradually:
